Fag Hag extraordinaire Blythe Beck is now peddling her naughty dining wares at Central 214, so open up and say ahhh BACON. The variety of VD menu offerings range from Virginia bay oysters on the half shell with pomegranate mignonette to grilled lobster and avocado capriccio with grapefruit vinaigrette. Plus, diners get to take home signature “Blythe Bites” to finish off the evening. The last time we had a “Blythe Bite” was after a bottle of tequila and an awkward game of vampire role-play.

If you are feeling extra decadent splurge on a room to waddle back to (that’s sexy) after indulging in Dragonfly’s yummy prix fixe menu. Highlights include lobster in puff pastry with leeks and gooseberry sauce. (Hee, hee. We said gooseberry.) For dessert try chocolate raspberry Napoleon, we hear it will capture your sweet tooth. Sorry, couldn’t resist.

No, of course your date won’t think you are ashamed of him just because you drove to Fort Worth for Valentine’s dinner. You can just tell him it was all for the Tuscan-inspired delicacies like lobster ravioli, Chilean sea bass with creamy butternut-speck risotto, beef tenderloin with parsley-taleggio whipped potatoes and dark chocolate polenta cake. But keeping the bag on his head while you eat might reveal your true intentions.
