Mother who left children with homeless woman in Dallas may not be charged
Though she never retrieved her children, the mom may not be charged since she left them with an adult.
Earlier this week, a mother left her three children with a homeless woman at a bus stop on Harry Hines Boulevard near Parkland Memorial, claiming that she would return within the hour. After several hours passed, the homeless woman took the children to child protective services, who are now looking for the mother. According to KXAS-TV, she might not be charged with anything because she left the children with an adult.
