Richland Collegiate High School to host information session for prospective students


This free session will provide interested students and parents with details about the high school and the application process.

Richland Collegiate High School of Mathematics, Science, and Engineering (RCHS) will be hosting an Information Session at 10 a.m. on Feb. 21 in Sabine Hall, Room S103, on the Richland College campus.

This free session will provide interested students and parents with details about the high school and the application process. Call 972-761-6888 to reserve a seat.

RCHS is currently accepting applications from students entering the 11th grade from following counties:

Collin County

Dallas County

Denton County

Ellis County

Kaufman County

Rockwall County

Tarrant County

Applications are available online at www.richlandcollege.edu/rchs. The deadline is March 2, 2009.

Students in this unique program can complete their last two years of high school at Richland College by taking college courses with a focus on mathematics, science, or engineering. RCHS students will graduate from Richland College with an Associate of Arts degree at the same time as earning their high school diploma.
