Glad to read David Collier from the Mansion, got a nod as BEST PASTRY CHEF! Pastry chef's are always overlooked and underappreciated. People think the main "house" chef makes everything they eat. Go pastry chef's everywhere! Mr.Pannani from the old La Polonaise, anyone remember him? Gubbins?
