Dallas Museum of Art announces the extension of Take your time: Olafur Eliasson

The Dallas museum of Art has announced the extension of Olafur Eliasson's exhibition, Take your time.

"The DMA is pleased to announced that its internationally acclaimed exhibition Take your time: Olafur Eliasson will be on view for an extra week so that vacationers may view the installations that the New York Times has described as “enchanting, spacious, evanescent and intellectually stimulating.” Visitors may now see it through Sunday, March 22, during regular Museum hours. The Eliasson exhibition is included in general admission to the Museum and is also included in admission to the King Tut exhibition.

"The Dallas presentation of this exhibition, the third U.S. venue of an international tour that Time magazine named one of the best exhibits of the year, displays several of the works previously shown in San Francisco, where the show originated, and New York and adds a new piece to the touring exhibition, The outside of inside (2008), which is on view for the first time in the U.S.

"The week of March 15 through March 22 will be full of programs for all ages including gallery talks, lectures, Thursday Night Live’s Jazz in the Atrium, a Late Night, concerts, activities in the Center for Creative Connections and other regular and special programming."
