McKinney police decide not to charge Dallas officer who shot and killed pit bull
MCKINNEY Dallas police officer Jason Chapman will not be charged by McKinney police in the fatal shooting of a pit bull on January 6.
Chapman, 25, who's been a Dallas cop since 2007, said that the dog threatened his wife's life although the DMN story seems to hint otherwise, saying that by the time he got there, the neighbors had coaxed the dog away. Then again, is that just the neighbors banding together against the big-city cop?
McKinney may be letting it go, but the Dallas police department is still investigating the shooting.
