Texas Woman’s University to present forum on global economic crisis
Understanding the global, local and personal impact of the current economic crisis is the focus of a Texas Woman’s University public affairs forum to be held Tuesday, March 10.
“Understanding the Economic Crisis: From Global to Personal” will take place from 1 to 3 p.m. in room 203 of the Classroom Faculty Office Building (CF0) located on TWU’s Denton campus. The forum includes three speakers — Paul Lynch, the British Consul General in Houston; Danielle DiMartino, economics writer with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas; and Dr. Michiko Hayhurst, assistant economic professor at TWU.
