U.S. Army Corps of Engineers rates Dallas Floodway as “Unacceptable”
DALLAS The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announced on Tuesday that 34 out of 170 areas of the Trinity River levees are "unacceptable." Seems like this would be bad news for the Trinity River Corridor Project but Mayor Tom Leppert held a press conference to say that the project is still on track.
