Senator John Carona calls out Judge Jim Foster as an absentee official
According to this article in the DMN, officials from both sides of the Texas Legislative aisle are questioning Dallas County Judge Jim Foster's (D) desire to lead. On Wednesday Senator John Carona (R) scolded Foster's apparent governmental absenteeism saying, "I had no idea you existed." According to Carona, Foster has not returned several calls made to his office.
Reportedly, Democrats who initially supported the judge are also now backing away amid the growing criticism.
