I'm really excited about the new location. While we wait, are there any bargains at the old store as it cleans out the shelves?

I can remember when Austin's, WholeFoods bought out the previous tenent, Harthrop & Moran. Thus making making the Greenville Avenue location, it's first store in Dallas.

If WF has it's way, the old location will be anything but a grocery store.

WF has stated more than twice that they will not sublease it to another grocery store. I recall reading that they have at least a year left on that lease. Current plans are to use it for inventory storage/staging for the new Lakewood store.
