Early voting for open McKinney city council seat has begun
Early voting for the City Council District 3 seat vacated by Bill Vitz, who resigned in November, began today, Monday, January 5.
Travis Ussery, a certified public accountant, and Robert O'Donnell, who is a court appointed child advocate, are running for the position vacated by Vitz.
Early voting will run through January 13. Voting will be held at the Collin County elections office, 2010 Redbud Blvd.
Election day is January 17.
