Assault at UT Dallas leads to call from, arrest of man on campus
An unnamed woman working in the South Engineering and Computer Science building on the campus of the University of Texas at Dallas was attacked and assaulted Friday evening (Jan. 9). She was able to offer a description of her assailant before being taken to a hospital, instigating a campus-wide search.
Less than an hour later, a man called university police to say that he was the guy they were looking for; he was taken into custody at a student housing facility.
