David Hill, singer-guitarist for Dallas new wave band N.C.M., died early Tuesday
David Hill, singer-guitarist for Dallas late '70s-early '80s new wave band N.C.M., died early Tuesday morning (via Unfair Park). Hill, who had become a recluse, was suffering from liver cancer and recently had a stroke.
