Allergies got you down? Blame Austin and San Antonio
Mother Nature can be a cruel mistress: Even though there are no mountain cedars in the area, cedar pollen riding south winds from Central Texas is wreaking havoc on allergy-prone North Texans. Sufferers can expect the pollen count to remain relatively high until mid-February. The Star-Telegram also helpfully points out that "(u)sing (allergy) products by mid-December can help when mountain cedar strikes in January."
As Adam Sandler said, "Once again, information I could've used yesterday!"
