Dallas office of Raising Cane’s poaches recruiting manager from Brinker

0

— Raising Cane's Chicken Finger, one of the fastest-growing restaurant chains in the U.S., has named Layne Marshall as director of recruiting.

In this position, Marshall will manage the recruitment and employee relations for Raising Cane's. She will develop and implement recruiting strategies and programs to increase crew member retention for corporate and franchise locations. She will be based from the newly opened Dallas Restaurant Support Office.

Marshall brings more than ten years of restaurant recruitment experience to Raising Cane's. She previously served as shared services recruiting manager for Brinker International where she led a team of field management recruiters and was responsible for staffing levels for 700 corporate restaurants. Prior to that, she was a recruiter for Chili's Bar & Grill, a division employment manager for Olive Garden Restaurants, and management recruiter for The Portillo Restaurant Group.

"Raising Cane's is focused on recruiting top managers and employees at the corporate level and within our restaurants," said Clay Dover, president of Raising Cane's. "Layne's experience will fill a vital role as we continue to aggressively expand the Raising Cane's brand across the country and search for the highest level of team members."
