Coppell High School students start (unofficial) pro-life club
A group of Catholic teenage girls at Coppell High School have started what they call a "Pro-Life Club" wherein they meet on campus (to talk about, I guess, not having abortions) and wear t-shirts to school which say "Pro-Life."
They applied to school administration for "official" club status, but their request was turned down because - according to school officials - it would not be tied to school curriculum (which is a prerequisite for official clubs).
Meanwhile, some private schools have dived headfirst into the "spread the genes" pool by sanctioning anti-abortion clubs, with North Hills Preparatory School cited as an example.
