More than two dozen cars vandalized Tuesday and Wednesday in East Dallas
The weapon of choice was bricks as vandals targeted cars in the East Dallas neighborhoods of Lakewood, Forest Hills, and Belmont on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.
Apparently nothing was stolen from the (at least) 25 cars, but numerous windows were smashed, as well as rearview mirrors and other auto body parts.

That is a suprisingly large geographic area for this kind of "crime spree". Very wierd.

I just put two and two together. Yesterday morning (around 4:30AM) I was driving down my street (one street over from one mentioned in the article) and ran over a brick in the middle of the road. I hadn't noticed any damaged vehicles, but I'm sure there were some.

Hm, and what exactly were you doing driving around all suspiciously at 4:30 in the morning, admittedly near bricks?

I'am sure it is some kind of post-Obama inaugural partying prank. You know those democrats. Was Jayzee in town yesterday. That guys' got serious anger problems. were the homes that were vandalized owned by Whitey?

I saw a security window film called VehicleGARD on a local news channel in New York and thought it worth mentioning here.... This looks like it will make windows harder to break and deter these kind of incidents.
Hope this helps!
