Former ESPN analyst Sean Salisbury to co-host midday show on Dallas radio station 105.3-FM
DALLAS Former ESPN analyst Sean Salisbury says he'll co-host a soon-to-be-launched mid-day show with NBC5 anchor Newy Scruggs. Salisbury, a former pro football player, was an analyst for ESPN for 12 years until he left in February 2008. Officially, his contract was up but the nail in his coffin came after he called fellow ESPN staffer John Clayton the "crypt-keeper". Nail in the coffin ... crypt ... that's good stuff.

Not too surprising, he does live here I suppose. I wonder how he'll do without the resources of ESPN...when he had them he could actually do a decent job, for all his bluster and narcissism. If Newy had no problem handling Chuck Cooperstein he ought to be able to find a way to deal with Salisbury. It's a shame we won't get to see him and Clayton going at it anymore though.
