Yvonne A. Ewell Townview Center in Dallas to welcome exchange students and teachers from Korea
Students and staff from the Yvonne A. Ewell Townview Center will host a welcome party at 7 a.m., Saturday, January 31, for 20 exchange students and two teachers arriving from Seoul, Korea.
The exchange students, from Bugil Academy in Seoul, are participating in a 14-day visit designed to share cultural and educational ideas with students and exchange academic concepts with staff.
During the school day, the students will be assigned to classrooms throughout the six schools housed at Townview. The program’s goal is to celebrate cultural differences while enhancing student achievement.
