Dallas City Hall corruption trial interrupted by jurors’ family illness, vacation
The Dallas City Hall corruption trial, that was to begin its third full day of testimony this Thursday morning, has been suspended for the rest of the week due to an illness in one juror's family. The trial was also scheduled to go on hiatus for another juror's pre-planned vacation.
The trial, expected to last through August, will look at extortion charges on the part of former Mayor Pro Tem Don Hill, D’Angelo Lee, and three associates.
