Dallas city employees to get first of two unpaid furlough days
The furloughs are designed to save the city save money in light of a budget deficit.
Most Dallas city offices will be closed on Monday, July 6 for the first of two city-mandated unpaid furlough days. The furloughs (the second day will be on September 4) are designed to save the city save money in light of a budget deficit.
