Flower Mound police called on woman for purloining pedicure
The owner of a Flower Mound salon called police on a woman she accused of trying to leave without paying for her just-completed pedicure. The woman claims she was just going to get more money after the salon wouldn't honor her gift certificate, which had expired four days earlier. The owner, however, says the woman made a scene, tossing the gift certificate and $20 at her before storming out of the salon.
