Things are looking up for this Fort Worth block.

— Here's some good news amid the usual doom and gloom development: The retail sector at West 7th in Fort Worth's Cultural District is blossoming, according to a blog from Fort Worthian Kevin Buchanan. He says there's already signs of life in the surrounding blocks, with storefronts including Delaney’s Irish Pub, Paciugo, Patrizio, and Fireside Pies.

I believe that is also the site of the new Times Ten Cellars that is set to open later this summer.
