Hilton Anatole in Dallas featuring new cardio workout called Aqua Zumba

0

— The Verandah Club at the Hilton Anatole features a new cardio class every Thursday at 12 p.m. called Aqua Zumba, a power-workout where hips swing, feet pivot, and class members shout, laugh, and spin to Latin beats; all in the comfort of the fitness center's indoor lap pool. Non-members can attend with a day pass for $16 plus tax.

Zumba is a combination of Latin salsa, cardio workout and interval moves. In the Aqua Zumba class, participants will continue to dance and laugh their way to a more toned and sculpted body, while burning 500 calories. "The Zumba pool party includes many different Latin dance rhythms and provides a really fun physical challenge," explains Cara Young, Verandah Club Manager.

In addition to the new Aqua Zumba class, the Verandah Club offers an affordable way for families in the downtown area to cool off and get in shape. The seasonal pool membership is only $118 per month. Verandah Club is also one of the few fitness centers to offer daycare from 9a.m.-1 p.m. weekdays for members. The hourly rate is only $2.50 per child.
