Mesquite City Council approves work on Town East Mall area streets
The council approved $1.35 million to make improvements along Town East Boulevard.
The Mesquite city council approved $1.35 million to fix concrete, water mains, and street lights on Town East Boulevard. They accepted an additional $300,000 from Dallas County for the project. In addition to other area improvements, the city council is hoping that making the 635 corridor around the mall more driver friendly will keep people coming back to shop.
