Irving ISD must pick a search firm to pick their new superintendent
"You can pick your friends, and you can pick your nose, but ... "
Not only is the Irving Independent School District looking to find a new superintendent -- they're looking to find a search firm to help them find a new superintendent.
Acting Irving ISD super Neil Dugger has not yet decided whether to declare his interest in pursuing the appointment, preferring to wait and see what leadership qualifications are determined to be essential for the position. (Which determination is apparently still up in the air.)
