Five Sixty in Dallas’ Reunion Tower launches omakase-style sushi bar

With individual tasting menus created by Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki "Fuji" Fujino.

Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck is excited to announce the launch of its exclusive "Omakase-Style" Sushi Bar with individual tasting menus created by Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki "Fuji" Fujino.

The sushi bar, which now includes six new seats for guests, offers a special six-course and nine-course Omakase tasting menu created nightly by Chef Fuji. The Omakase menu is a truly unique dining experience that allows diners to create their own menu with dishes based on their own preferences as well as what Chef Fuji feels is the best that he may offer guests at that exact moment. Made-to-order using only the freshest ingredients from the restaurant's sushi bar, robata grill, and kitchen, Chef Fuji's expertise becomes the menu and his craft becomes the meal.

Born in Saga, Japan, Chef Fuji settled in Los Angeles where he began working at several prominent restaurants including Hama Sushi in Venice, before joining the Wolfgang Puck family in 1997. Chef Fuji has since worked for Wolfgang in several locations perfecting his craft. Now Fuji will guide Dallas diners through a singularly unique dining experience -- a meal designed with the guests' tastes and desires in mind.

Offered exclusively at Five Sixty's Sushi Bar, the six-course menu is $60 per person, with the nine-course menu offered at $90 per person.
