HGTV’s Design Star welcomes Dallas decorator Jany Lee
Cute little Jany Lee from Dallas will be featured on the premiere of HGTV's Design Star on Sunday, July 19. She's a 35-year-old interior decorator who says she's gets inspiration from traveling, including the year and a half she backpacked around the world. Fun fact: During that time, she learned to say "thank you" in 22 languages. Perhaps she'll be a polite competitor as well.
Lee will be competing against nine other designers, and the winner will be awarded their very own show on HGTV. Think Next Food Network Star, if you swap out the pans for paintbrushes. See Lee's audition tape here.
