Hole in Southwest Airlines plane leads to depressurization, oxygen mask deployment
Passengers and crew aboard Dallas-based Southwest Airlines Flight 2294 landed safely in Charleston, West Virginia on Monday (July 13) after a -- um -- hole opened up in its fuselage shortly after takeoff from Nashville.
The flight -- with a planned destination of Baltimore -- diverted to the Charleston airport when the cabin lost pressure and oxygen masks dropped from the overhead panels. Passengers at the rear of the plane were seeing daylight through a "football-sized" hole, whose cause is currently under investigation.
Just wondering: are we talking American football, or European?

Wonder if there was a redneck hitchin' in or around Nashville yesterday evening. =p
Note to self: Avoid flight at midnight of the new year.
