Magic match Mavericks’ offer, Gortat will stay in Orlando
The Orlando Magic, taking their sweet ass time, announced on Monday that they would match the Dallas Mavericks' $34 million, five-year deal made to Marcin Gortat.
According to Gortat's agent, the 6'11" forward was very excited about moving to Dallas to contend for a spot with Erick Dampier. Currently in Poland, Gortat was reportedly "disappointed" to learn that Orlando will retain him.
