Dallas / Fort Worth museums offer free admission six days a week
The Dallas Museum of Art, Amon Carter Museum, and Kimbell Art Museum are among those who offer free admission.

Well it is about time,.....you know what,... it is cruel,to make suckers come to the Arts, when the pay program just ran folks out to go where......in town downtown...and to tax people when it is owned by the city of Dallas....And I have given them money and Art over the past 30 years, it was not good enough...but hey, good things happend today..A/T...Have a good time while it will last........

Not museums, but free galleries in Irving: Irving Arts Center, 3333 N. MacArthur http://irvingartscenter.com Jaycee Park Center for the Arts, 2000 West Airport Freeway between MacArthur Blvd. and Story Road in Irving, Texas. Gallery hours are from 12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Thursday, and 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Sundays. Managed by Irving Art Association http://irvingart.org Always free!
