After water well quits, 11 horses die of dehydration in Parker County
The ranch hand responsible for the horses faces misdemeanor animal cruelty charges.
11 horses died of dehydration at a ranch near Weatherford when a water well quit and nobody noticed. The well was located on the opposite end of the ranch from where the horses were fed. The ranch hand responsible for the horses faces misdemeanor animal cruelty charges.
More than two dozen additional horses were treated for dehydration.

Friggin A', this is the third time I have read about such a story here in North Texas, shamefull, sad and it makes me mad!!! azy and maybe,... stupid farm-hands and the ranch owners are to blame, not the heat folks!

You donot need actual vouchers or coupons to partipate in this program. All dealers are required and government will reimburse the fees for the clunkers
