Fort Worth relocates statue of philanthropist Charles Tandy to TCU campus
Fort Worth relocated an 8-foot-tall bronze statue of Charles Tandy, founder of Tandy Corporation and Fort Worth philanthropist, to the campus of TCU last week, on the lawn between Tandy Hall and the Tucker Technology Center.
The statue had previously been in Paddock Park by the Tarrant County Courthouse and is still owned by the city. They're just letting TCU look at him for a while.
