Maitre d’ Jean Pierre Albertinetti retiring from Cafe Pacific in Dallas’ Highland Park Village
Jean Pierre Albertinetti is retiring from Cafe Pacific at the end of the summer, says Alan Peppard, who calls him "the dean of Dallas' maitre d' corps."
Albertinetti and wife Laura are moving to Montreal, Quebec. Damned Canadians!
