Oak Cliff, West Dallas neighborhoods scheduled for mosquito spray after positive west nile test
Officials found that pools in north Oak Cliff, West Dallas, and the Joppa neighborhood in southeast Oak Cliff all tested positive for West Nile virus. The first two areas will be sprayed from 10 p.m. Thursday to 3 a.m. Friday, while Joppa will get the spray from 10 p.m. Friday to 3 a.m. Saturday.
Residents and pets are advised to stay indoors and keep fish ponds protected.
