Nana at Hilton Anatole in Dallas makes Nation’s Restaurant News 2009 Hall of Fame
DALLAS Nana, located on the 27th floor of the Hilton Anatole Hotel, was selected by Nation's Restaurant News as a 2009 inductee into its prestigious "Fine Dining Hall of Fame." Nana, one of only ten restaurants in the country awarded, was the only Dallas restaurant honored with the award this year.
More than 220 restaurants have been inducted into the "Fine Dining Hall of Fame" since the awards were established in 1980. The winners of the 2009 Hall of Fame were nominated by past inductees and were personally selected by editors at Nation's Restaurant News. The criteria for winning included excellence in food quality, gracious and professional service, and a memorable ambiance.
In addition to Nana, this year's honorees are Barolo Grill in Denver; Blue Ginger in Boston; Bouley in New York; Herbsaint in New Orleans; Naha in Chicago; Michael Mina in Las Vegas; Michael's on East in Sarasota, Fla.; New Rivers in Providence, R.I.; and Slanted Door in San Francisco. Alice Waters of Chez Panisse in Berkeley received "Fine Dining Legend."
