Women In Film.Dallas to offer “Insider’s Tips On Selling To Hollywood”

Join Women In Film.Dallas on Wednesday, Aug. 5 at 7 p.m. for a rare opportunity to learn from industry pros about packaging your film deal, pitching to Hollywood producers and agents, and negotiating with media big wigs.
During the evening session you'll hear from two industry insiders: Barbara Rubin (a veteran entertainment attorney working with writers/producers, actors, directors, and small production companies in both film and television) and Pat Quinn (a Hollywood exec known for her acumen at spotting market trends, and a veteran at programming acquisitions).
Barbara and Pat will offer up the kind of valuable insight that is sure to increase your ability to correctly position your next film or TV project.
The evening begins at 6:30 p.m. with a drink-and-appetizer fueled networking session. Become a sponsor (email fundraising@wifdallas.org) and get in on the "VIP/Sponsors Only" reception starting at 6 p.m. It's all happening at MPS Studios, 141 Regal Row. In addition to MPS, Abernethy Media Professionals (AMP) are co-sponsoring the event.
