Denton County Mansion, Champ d’Or, for sale since 2003
Champ d'Or has been on the market since 2003, perhaps because few are in the market for a mansion in the middle of Nowhere, Texas these days. In an attempt to re-market the house, built from 1998 to 2002, owners Alan and Shirley Goldfield, are looking to sell the behemoth and the surrounding land to potential commercial buyers.
One Denton County Mansion for sale!
One Denton County Mansion for sale!
One 35,000 sq/ft and Frenchy named Denton County Mansion for sale!
I'm really not kidding,
So who'll start the bidding?
Do I hear $25 million??
A nickel?
A penny?
Oh, isn't there, isn't there, isn't there any
One fat cat who will buy this old Denton County Mansion for sale,
This 35,000 sq/ft and Frenchy named Denton County Mansion for sale?

I fully expect that Richie Rich might purchase it once he is done living at the Biltmore Estate.
