Grand Prairie Fire Department investigators are working to determine the cause of what appears to be an incident of deadly carbon monoxide poisoning at the Kensington Motor Lodge and Apartments (1900 block of Houston St.) on Monday (June 1).
Killed in the incident were Audelia Cipriano (62), Jesus Cipriano Jr. (30) and James Gomez (43). Three dogs in the apartment at the time were also overcome by the fumes. A malfunctioning stove is the likely suspect.
