Dallas-based Tyler Technologies signs $2.2 million contract with city of San Antonio
DALLAS Tyler Technologies, Inc. announced today that it has reached an agreement to provide the City of San Antonio, Texas, the 7th largest city in the nation, with Tyler’s INCODE municipal court case management solution. Valued at over $2.2 million, the contract is the largest municipal court contract in Tyler Technologies’ history and includes software licenses, professional services, maintenance and support.

Tyler will provide paperless court document solutions, basement
The first of eleven courts will go live in the summer of 2009 and implementation will continue over the next eighteen months.
“By deploying Tyler’s Courts and Justice and Document Management solutions, the City of San Antonio will be able to improve the efficiency of their municipal courts and enhance the overall management of their critical documents,” said Brett Cate, president of Tyler’s INCODE solution. “We are looking forward to working with the City.”
San Antonio, the county seat for Bexar County in South Texas, has a diverse economy focused on financial services, government, health care, and tourism. Home to the Alamo, San Antonio is the seventh largest city in the United States and the second largest city in the state of Texas. With a population of 1,328,984 as of the 2007 U.S. Census estimate, the City was the nation’s fourth fastest-growing large city from 2000-2006.
