Dallas-Fort Worth homes are undervalued according to report
According to a report by Massachusetts-based IHS Global Insight, DFW homes are nearly 32 percent undervalued. But that doesn't mean that home values are bound to shoot up, just that if they increased it wouldn't cripple the market. According to one researcher quoted in the WFAA piece, “Texas has always been in the undervalued category.” Awwww. Wah wah wah.
