SparkStart in Irving on June 12 will explore interactive marketing and search engine optimization
IRVING Sean Jackson, CEO of Ecordia, will be speaking at the Microsoft BizSpark SparkStart free event in Dallas on June 12. Sean Jackson will be a participant and panel moderator on the role of interactive marketing in promoting your business. Kate Rice and Giovanni Gallucci will also be participating on the online marketing panel.
The topic of Sean's panel will be tips and tricks for helping startup companies use online marketing to help grow their business. The panel will cover a number of topics including:
-- search engine optimization,
-- using social media,
-- viral networking,
-- using analytics to find opportunities,
-- and online PR tactics.
SparkStart is a full day of business and technology discussion (open format) and learning event for startups ("startup bootcamp"). This event will also be a networking opportunity for those startups who are new to the BizSpark program and not yet enrolled in the program who would like to mingle and learn from key business and technology influencers. It will also be an event for those startups who are recently enrolled and need to keep the momentum going by learning key strategies for success, both in business, and in technology.
SparkStart will be conducted at the Microsoft Technology Center in Irving on June 12, starting at 10 a.m. and is FREE to attend. More information about the event can be found at the event Web site.
