Read on for this month's upcoming events or complete information about The Dallas Opera's Cosí & Koozies can be accessed on our calendar.
Sunday, June 14 - Italian Wines and Appetizers Tasting
To celebrate The Dallas Opera's revival of Mozart's Cosí fan tutte we'll sample Italy's culinary delights and most memorable vintages. And what a setting! Located in One Arts adjacent to the new Margot and Bill Winspear Opera House, Dali's is...can we say it?...a truly surreal wining and dining experience. Dress to be noticed or the restaurant and wine bar will steal all the attention.
Time: 4 - 6 PM
Location: Dali Wine Bar and Restaurant
Cost: $15 per person - Reserve your seat online or call 214-443-1000
Monday, June 15 - The Inwood Living Room Series Movie Screening: My Geisha starring Shirley MacLaine and Yves Montand
A romantic, cinematic twist on Puccini's Madame Butterfly as a director inadvertently casts his own wife, disguised as a Japanese actress, to perform the lead role in his film of this much loved story. The twists and turns you would expect from an early 1960s movie, but a film with overlooked charms.
