Dallas restaurateur Judd Fruia joins Bailey’s Prime Plus as General Manager
He's at the Cedar Hill location, but the chain will open three more branches in the fall.
Judd Fruia, formerly of Pappas Steakhouse and Fruia's Tre Amici, has joined the team at Bailey's Prime Plus as General Manager.
"We have our Cedar Hill location now open and the other three in construction stages," he says. "Park Lane and 75 should be complete by August. Allen at Fairfield shortly after that, with Fort Worth rounding out the group.
"We have been met with very positive response out in Cedar Hill and hope to carry that momentum forward. These guys are serious about quality and execution. I am very excited to be part of their growth!"

I like Judd Fruia, he has always been professional and is a good man, Cedar Hill is growing up now. A nice place to live. By the way, sad to hear Norman Brinker has passed away.

Too bad a lot of folks will never ever get to experience his tenure due to overpricing the gormet. Your kinda stuck in a little world there Judd Fruia. Hope you found the little crumbs of glory your looking for while the rest of us go on to fortune and fame. Catering to the rich is a prison you'll soon grow weary of. Enjoy!
