David Allan Coe concert rescheduled for July 23
The David Allan Coe concert scheduled to take place at House of Blues Dallas this Saturday, June 13 has been rescheduled. The new date is Thursday, July 23.
Tickets purchased for the original show date will be honored at the July 23 show. Those who purchased tickets for the original show date who are unable to attend the July 23 show may receive refunds at the point of purchase.
Editor's note: I've checked Google news and Coe's websites, but don't see an explanation for why the show was rescheduled. House of Blues also confirms that they do not have any official word. If you find info, feel free to post in the comments below.
The O's, who were supposed to open for Coe, will likely also be rescheduled for the new date.

That was an old picture taken of him Monkey Bean......he is a lot nasty looking and funky big.....while the late Roxy Gordon, Poet of Greenville Ave, used to work for him in Nashville, they had this odd Leather belt above the door..David Allan Coe and the stories.....many an empty bottle was made that night....A/T, County and Hillbilly too and a dash of Biker... Devil rocking blues...
