Oh yeah, you can still vote in 2009 FW Weekly Music Awards
Yeah, so voting has been open on this contest, too, for a while now. But damn, why vote right away? You don't want to seem too eager. Nobody likes an eager beaver. Not in these economic times.
With slightly more obscure bands filling the ballot, I found the hardest category to decide to be the alt-country, which pits Dove Hunter, The Orbans, Telegraph Canyon, The Theater Fire, and The Whiskey Folk Ramblers against each other.
Voting continues through midnight on June 28. Also on the 28th will be the free showcase, rocking multiple venues and featuring 36 of the bands nominated. Winners will be announced in the July 15th edition of the paper. For more infomration check out FWWeekly.com.
