Kevin Millwood pitched seven and two-thirds scoreless innings on Thursday evening to put the Texas Rangers 1-0 over the Toronto Blue Jays. The result is only the Rangers' fourth 1-0 win in 16 seasons since moving into the Ballpark in Arlington.
