Cowboys Stadium still operating on temporary occupancy certificate
Still under construction, there are several items the Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Arlington needs to complete before it can receive its permanent certificate of occupancy. On the list include nine fire-related items, completion of the locker rooms and a number of bars that are still under construction. The city says that despite the fire-related items, concertgoers for George Strait and Reba McEntire were not in danger.
The stadium's temporary occupancy certificate expires in August.
