Cities all around Dallas suffer sewage spills after storms this week

Several cities in the Dallas area suffered sewage spills after the big storms last week. The worst was Fort Worth, where 1.1 million gallons spilled, but also Highland Park, Garland, McKinney, Flower Mound, and Farmers Branch. The problem was all that water in the sewer mains and "loose manhole covers." Jeez, tighten your manhole covers already, would you?
