Coppell receives Keep Texas Beautiful award
The City of Coppell has announced that they've been recognized by Keep Texas Beautiful (KTB) as second place finishers in that outfit's Government Awards category for 2009.
College Station took first place, while the City of Allen received an Honorable Mention.
But that's not all, folks. Coppellians have yet more to be proud of, because their Community Garden took second place honors in the Civic Organization Leadership Awards - Project category (behind the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce).
